Answer the following
- When do you think your problem with food and weight started?
- What kinds of things in your life really make you overeat?
- Are you afraid to get thin?
- Do you stuff down your feelings with food?
- When do you turn to food the most?
- Do you have confidence in your ability to lose weight?
- What are you most ashamed of in relation to your eating and your weight?
Remember, it's never just about the food. Don't ignore the psychological side of dieting.
