Answer the following

  1. When do you think your problem with food and weight started?
  2. What kinds of things in your life really make you overeat?
  3. Are you afraid to get thin?
  4. Do you stuff down your feelings with food?
  5. When do you turn to food the most?
  6. Do you have confidence in your ability to lose weight?
  7. What are you most ashamed of in relation to your eating and your weight?
