Holding on to motivation during the weight loss process is one of the central tasks. You need ways to revive your motivation―your enthusiasm, your energy, your focus―as you go. If you lose your motivation, you’re likely to lose your willpower and your commitment as well.
Of course, changing your habits enough to allow weight loss to take place always happens over a period of time. Here is one good way to stay motivated during this time: remind yourself periodically about why you are doing this in the first place.
