Weight loss information: New study shows – It’s not the diet. It’s staying on the diet that counts.
The Dieter’s Corner
The latest diet study in the March 2007 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association confirms it. But as a dieter you already know it. The particular weight loss diet plan isn’t what counts. It is the ability to stay on a diet that is the crucial factor.
In the study 311 women (average age 41) were divided into 4 groups. Each group was assigned to one of the following diet plans: Atkins, Zone, Ornish, and LEARN. Even though they were participants in an important weight loss study, most of the women could not stay on the eating plans.
We all know how hard it is to stick to it. So here’s our Question of the Month for you…
WHAT’S YOUR BEST GREATEST TIP FOR STAYING ON A DIET?
Other women would love to hear your answer. Please email it to newsletter@mariaslastdiet.com and we’ll publish it in next month’s newsletter.
